Run your tournament like a pro, straight from your phone.

Royal Bengal Esports is registry software for esports organizers โ€” registration, payment approval, room ID delivery, and battle-royale points tables, all inside a Telegram bot. We never host tournaments and never touch your money.

๐ŸŽฎ What is this?

Built for the way you already run tournaments.

A Telegram bot for South Asian mobile esports organizers. You keep running your own tournaments the way you already do โ€” we just replace the spreadsheet, the group-chat screenshots, and the manual points-table math.

๐Ÿ†

For organizers

Create a tournament, share one link with players, approve payments with a tap, send room IDs by DM only to confirmed teams, and get an auto-generated standings graphic after every match.

๐Ÿ”ฅ

For players & captains

Register your squad through a link the organizer shares, submit your payment reference, and get your room ID the moment the organizer confirms your slot.

โšก For organizers

How organizers use it

Message the bot or use the web dashboard โ€” whichever you prefer, both stay in sync.

  1. Create a tournament Message the bot /create or hit "New tournament" on the web dashboard. Pick a game and format from your platform's list, set the slot count, and optionally lock an exact players-per-team size, a registration deadline, and start/end dates.
  2. Share the link, or make it public Post the registration link in your Facebook group or Telegram channel โ€” or toggle the tournament public so any player can find and join it themselves from the bot's "Join Tournament" button, no link required.
  3. Approve payments Send /pending (or open the tournament on the web dashboard) to see who's registered, then confirm or reject each team with a tap after checking your own bKash/Nagad app.
  4. Send room credentials Once teams are confirmed, reveal the room ID and password โ€” it's DMed only to confirmed captains, never posted publicly.
  5. Confirm results Upload the end-of-match screenshot; the bot reads placements and kills automatically and you confirm or correct before it hits the standings.

How players register

You don't need this website at all โ€” registration happens entirely in Telegram.

  1. Open the organizer's link, or find a public tournament yourself If your organizer shared a link, open it โ€” it's a Telegram deep link that starts registration automatically. No link? Tap ๐Ÿ”Ž Join Tournament in the bot's menu (or send /browse) to see every tournament organizers have made public, and join one with a tap โ€” anyone can join a public tournament, no invite needed. Organizers can still keep a tournament private and link-only if they prefer.
  2. Send your team name Just type it as a normal message.
  3. List your players One per line, as Name:UID โ€” for example Rafiq:1234567.
  4. Add your payment reference (optional) Pay the organizer directly outside the bot, then send the transaction ID or reply skip.
  5. Wait for approval You'll get a message the moment the organizer confirms your slot โ€” that's when your room ID shows up too, once match day starts.

โ“ FAQ

Questions organizers actually ask

Straight answers, not sales copy.

Do you take a cut of entry fees? +

No. Players pay organizers directly via bKash/Nagad, entirely outside the platform. ArenaOps only records a transaction ID and lets you tap Approve/Reject โ€” the money never passes through us.

What if I approve a payment that turns out to be fake? +

That's on your own verification โ€” check your own bKash/Nagad app before tapping Approve. ArenaOps doesn't verify payments for you, since we never have access to your banking or payment gateway.

Can I run more than one tournament at a time? +

Yes, up to your plan's limit, counted per 30 days โ€” Free 1, Starter 3, Pro 25, Unlimited has no cap.

What happens when my plan expires? +

You're automatically moved back to the Free tier. Tournaments you already created keep running exactly as before โ€” creating new ones is capped at the Free limit until you renew or upgrade with /upgrade.

Do I need to install an app? +

No. Everything happens inside a normal Telegram conversation, or the web dashboard if you'd rather use a browser โ€” both stay in sync.

What if something breaks or I need help? +

Paid-tier organizers get priority support tickets right inside the bot (/newticket) or the web dashboard โ€” the platform admin replies directly in the same thread.

โšก Under the hood

Built to skip the busywork

Not a features list for its own sake โ€” every one of these replaces a step you're doing by hand right now.

๐Ÿงพ

Screenshot results, not spreadsheets

Upload your end-of-match screenshot โ€” the bot reads placements and kills automatically, you just confirm or correct before it hits the standings.

๐Ÿ“Š

Standings graphic, generated for you

A shareable standings image updates automatically after every confirmed match โ€” nothing to design by hand.

๐Ÿ“…

Tap a calendar, not a date format

Registration deadlines and match dates come from an inline calendar right in the chat โ€” no typing a date format and hoping you got it right.

๐Ÿ”’

Room IDs, DMed only to confirmed teams

Credentials are never posted where anyone can see them โ€” only sent privately once a team is actually confirmed.

๐ŸŒ

Bot or dashboard โ€” always in sync

Manage a tournament from Telegram, the web dashboard, or both โ€” every change reflects instantly on the other.

๐Ÿ’ณ

Instant checkout, or pay the way you already do

Upgrade your plan instantly via SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad, or Stripe โ€” it activates the moment the gateway confirms it. Prefer sending a transaction ID by hand instead? That still works too.

๐ŸŒ

Anyone can find a public tournament

Public tournaments show up on an open tournament directory โ€” no account, no invite link. Join on Telegram, register on the web, or just watch the livestream.

๐Ÿ“ˆ

Live standings, shareable with anyone

Generate a public standings link that updates in real time โ€” send it to spectators or players' families, no login required. Players can also check their career stats across every tournament they've played.

โš–๏ธ

Fair-play tools built in

Disqualify a team mid-tournament without breaking the standings math, and ban a cheater's Telegram username or in-game UID once โ€” it's blocked from every tournament you run from then on.

Ready to go?

Open the bot on Telegram and send /create to set up your first tournament, or wait for your organizer's registration link if you're joining one. Send /help any time for the full list of commands.
